The Master MicroChip

Web Master Criminal Dr. W. W. Hacker invented a round microchip to help carry out his evil plan to 'control or destroy' cyberspace. Had he accomplished his dastardly deed, you would not be reading this right now.

Fortunately for us, but bad news for the villain - an accident in Hacker's games-research lab altered his atomic structure, imploded him into the monitor of his Main Computer, and - trapped him in cyberspace.

When the mad scientist reassembled on Dot Island as the computer-animated DeBug - his troubles were just beginning. In order to escape from the Island, regain human form, and complete his sinister scheme, DeBUG must have his chip, and - his computer.

However, The Dot Family fiercely guards the chip. And, Hacker's Main Computer is now none other than 'MC' - the Magic Computer - the cyber-criminal's greatest foe.

The Super Cyber Team from earth protects it, too. They rescue it whenever DeBug manages to get it. Then they hide the chip - code name "XPØÆ212" - somewhere on the Island where they hope the villain or his henchmen won't find it.

They can't take it back to earth because if the chip leaves Dot Island - a chain-reaction will destroy the place, its kindly inhabitants, and indeed - all of cyberspace!
